HOW IT LEARNS
From experience to
better behavior.
VINNU doesn't treat every conversation as training data. Meaningful learning is earned through outcomes and evidence.

THE VOCABULARY
Six words, defined precisely.
- Experience
- A recorded goal, decision, action, and outcome — not discarded once the conversation ends.
- Evaluation
- Whether an outcome actually worked, judged against what the task needed.
- Strategy
- A candidate pattern, promoted only once enough evaluated experience supports it.
- Applicability
- The conditions a strategy was learned under — reused, adapted, or withheld accordingly.
- Transfer
- Applying a strategy to a new but related situation, deliberately and never automatically.
- Learning Gain
- The measured difference in outcomes before and after a strategy is in use.
MEMORY VS. LEARNING
Memory is not learning.
MEMORY
“User prefers concise emails.”
EXPERIENCE
“We tried concise technical outreach. It produced these outcomes. VINNU learned what worked, under what conditions, and what should change next time.”
Memory tells VINNU what happened. Experience tells it what worked.
